Mango Snatchers

So is it legal or not? I'm guilty, I'm Filipino, I love mangoes. And I've tried some at a friend's house in Tampines. Well not directly from the tree but it came from the tree nearby. The verdict? Nothing beats Philippine mangoes and it's not worth the risk getting fined. :)
