Beef Lagsana

Lucky to have a friend like Cooking Mama who gave me (or did you lend me? hehe) an oven. My first experiment was Beef Lasagne.

Okay. The pictures say it's not nice. But believe it or not, it was nice. :D

Soak lasagna sheets in hot water for 30 minutes.

Red Sauce
(1) Saute onion and garlic
(2) Add beef and little salt
(3) Add tomato sauce
(4) Cook till beef is brown

White Sauce
(1) Melt butter
(2) Add milk
(3) Add little flour
(4) Stir till mixture comes to a boil

Layer layer layer. You know what to do right? :D

Pre-heat oven, and bake for 30-40 minutes.

And tantadadann.. done!
