Terrible Service

Starhub's system for iPhone 5 booking sucked big time! First they ask you to register intent. Then you wait. When they sent the email you'd thought it's the schedule but no. Another site to click whatever. The site was down from the time they sent the email ~3pm till midnight. By 5:30am the next day, the site says... fully booked. WTH?!

I'm not supposed to be under stress. But Starhub... watch out you! This is TERRIBLE service! Our friends managed to book hassle free with Singtel the day before. It was earlier and faster. GEEZ!
