Sophie
Like all other curious souls of Singapore, we get excited and curious for new establishments with long queues. My first experience with Sophie wasn't very good. They refused to sell me a muffin because I had no change for $50. The guy who refused me is no longer there (or at least not there anymore when I went back.. good thing!)
I love their $1 cookie. A bit hard but not so sweet making it super likeable. I also like their white chip bread for $1.50. Definitely more power than any bread sold in Bread talk.
For Duckie's birthday, I got him lemon meringue tart and strawberry tart. Definitely YUMMY.

For all yah who can't go to Telok Ayer, I saw them setting up a smaller branch at the Wisma. Please try their bread!
