Reflux?

We are suspecting baby is experiencing reflux. He's had a few spit ups and is groaning a lot. He's actually very noisy when sleeping. Sometimes looking like he's straining but nothing actually comes out.

So far we have tried to burp him more and to make him sleep 45deg. So far it's help him quite down a bit. 

According to some friends, it's normal for baby to be noisy. He may be straining (needs to pass air or motion), or stretching (got a lot of growing up to do), or learning to speak (vocalizing perhaps?).

I'll just note this down and mention to doc on our next visit.
