It's only in the Philippines that accused prisoners can demand a lot of stuff.

On where to stay...

On wanting bail...

they can demand when to be arrested or where!

and they still think it's funny!

And should not be taken seriously

Forgetting that this is a cell not a hotel. Demanding air cooler and cable TV. What the heck!
