Tim Ho Wan

Queue wasn't so bad at the Toa Payoh branch so I decided to have some take away and try this popular chain. The take away menu isn't much so I didn't have a lot of choices. I ended up trying the baked pork bau and siomai.

The siomai wasn't bad. Wasn't amazing too. Better than hawker quality but less tasty than Hen Lin (Phil food cart siomai).

The pork bau was nice. It's a toss between cheese bread and pan de sal with char siew as palaman. My nanny says its not spectacular. I was pretty impressed since I'm missing pan de sal a lot. haha.
