My mom loves lechon. So to reward her for helping take care of the boys I decided to buy lechon for dinner.  I had to wait 30 minutes because the lechon was not yet done when I went around 5:30pm Saturday.

There are several issues.

#1 I like my lechon naked. There were so many greens in this. WTH?

#2 I like my lechon with crispy skin. This was clearly just cooked but the skin was nowhere near crispy.

#3 I like my lechon with gravy. I see no gravy.

I think for almost $25 it's too expensive.

Kids Alert! I saw this bouncing playground just outside Timbre. I'm not sure if it's there permanently but it made me miss my boys!
