Pityriasis Rosea

I battled this quietly alone for almost 2 months. It came to a point that it became so disgusting that I had to stop looking at myself. I think the stress that I had added to the difficulty. But I'm happy to say that I have completely recovered. 

I believe that stress is a factor in any bad health.
