Going Gluten Free: Day 10: Pork Sinigang

Breakfast
Instant Oatmeal with Ancient Grains, Quinoa and Amaranth (Strawberry Shortcake flavor)
Morning Snacks
Strawberry Cheerios with Dried Cranberries,  Edamame
Lunch
Pork Sinigang
  • Cut the radish into cubes. Set aside
  • Slice tomatoes into strips. Set aside 
  • Cut pork into cubes
  • Boil Water with pork
  • Once pork is cooked, add veggies
  • Add sinigang mix
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes
Afternoon Snacks
Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crispy Flakes
Dinner
Same as lunch
Night Snacks
Corn Puffs, Watermelon
Observations

Mamon's complexion is also better. Cheerfulness seems consistent.

When you live in a world that doesn't understand you, you have to prepare for the unexpected.
