Observations

Travelling while on GF is proving to be a challenge. I tried to ask the hotel restaurant if they have anything GF but the staff wasn't even aware what is GF. So we ended up with just the fresh watermelon and some scrambled eggs.

For dinner, there wasn't any other choice. So what we did was go heavy on rice with 3 pieces of the Yaki Gyu Don. Couldn't give him more as it was drizzled with BBQ sauce which we are not sure if it's GF.

It takes a child with autism to raise awareness of an entire village.
