Breakfast
2 slices of Gluten Free Spicy Fruit Loaf with Pili coconut jam
Morning Snacks
Strawberry Cheerios, Pop Chips (Sea Salt)
Lunch
Sinigang na Salmon

  • Saute onion and garlic
  • Add chopped tomatoes
  • Cook till tomatoes are tender
  • Add one sliced salmon
  • Cook till salmon is light brown
  • Add water
  • Add sinigang mix
  • Cook for about 10 minutes
Afternoon Snacks
Gojo's Oreo-like Cookies, Strawberry Cheerios
Dinner
Same as lunch
Night Snacks
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Observations

For a minute there I thought he would say "Mom". He said "Mmmm" while looking at me. 💗

I'm different not less.
