Going Gluten Free: Day 15: Chicken Tinola

Instant Oatmeal with Ancient Grains, Quinoa and Amaranth (Strawberry flavor)
Morning Snacks
Corn Puffs, Tostitos Corn Chips
Chicken Tinola

  • Saute garlic, onion and ginger
  • Add chicken and cook till light brown
  • Add fish sauce and mix well
  • Add water and simmer for at least 30 minutes
  • Add chayote, simmer till chayote is fully cooked

    Afternoon Snacks
    Cheerios with dried cranberries, Corn Puff
    Same as lunch
    Night Snacks

    Mamon started his M-B12 today. Let's see how this goes. Wish us luck!
