Going Gluten Free: Day 18: Thursday: Beef Broccoli

Spicy loaf
Morning Snacks
Beef Broccoli

  • Chop garlic
  • Cook in a little oil till brown
  • Add thinly sliced beef
  • Add 2T of GF oyster soy sauce
  • Add 1T sugar
  • Add 1/2C Water
  • Cook till beef is soft
  • In a separate pot, boil water
  • Add a little salt
  • Add broccoli
  • Drain water once broccoli is cooked
  • Add in the beef pot
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
      Afternoon Snacks
      Same as lunch
      Night Snacks

      I purposely just gave me orange today instead of the usual chips and biscuits because he's been coughing and having runny nose.  Today he finished all but 6 letters in our alphabet toy. So impressed! He also started to watch TV again! For the longest time he was ignoring TV.

      When you feel like giving up, remember why you started.
