Going Gluten Free: Day 22: Minced Pork with Pumpkin

Breakfast
GF Luncheon meat
Morning Snacks
Strawberry Cereal, Gojo Cookies
Lunch
 Minced Pork with Pumpkin and Luncheon meat


  • Saute garlic and onion
  • Add pork
  • Cook till brown
  • Add a little GF Soy sauce and salt to taste
  • Add a little water and pumpkin
  • Simmer till pumpkin is fully cooked

      Afternoon Snacks
      Corn Puff
      Dinner
      Same as lunch
      Night Snacks
      Animal Cookies
      Observations

      Mamon was extraordinarily tired today. I feel like regression is happening again as he is no longer looking again when talking to us in the evening. Or was he just tired. In the morning he was happily posing for pictures and smiling while I count to 3 to have his picture.
