Max's Singapore
I love that Max's opened in Singapore. Finally!
We celebrated a friend's Despidida Party at Max and had a great lunch.
The boneless bangus (milkfish) was very nice. Just the right crispiness!
I particularly loved their Kare Kare. My friends thought the Bagoong was not nice but I thought it was just fine.
I wasn't a fan of the Pork Sinigang. I thought our normal Sinigang at home tasted better.

The chicken did not disappoint!
The Sago't Gulaman was lovely, but I suggest you don't get the bottomless as it's too much. :D
TIP: You get a free leche flan on your birth month! :D
