Sick Piggy

This is the 4th day that I woke up around 3am and had trouble sleeping. My cough is killing me. I feel that I'm gonna cough my lungs out. My chest is now painful every time I cough. Gezz when will this stop? I'm drinking loads of Orange juice hoping that Vitamin C will help me.
