Orchard Flood

I thought this only happens in the Philippines. Hmm.. or perhaps because so many Pinoys have moved to SG that SG is slowing behaving like the Philippines? Traffic, dirt.. now flood. :D

Seriously now.. I heard and read so many people complaining that Singapore has become very complacent thus a series of events which the whole world thought would never happen in SG is happening. Littering, growing crimes and now floods.
