Hard Rock Hotel Singapore

A friend came in Singapore for an official business and had stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Sentosa. Of course, like all other expensive hotels, this particular hotel was impressive. But between 1 to 5, I'd give it a 3.

Pros

• The room was huge
• Very soft pillows
• Comfortable bed
• Good location (I mean if you are in Singapore for Universal Studios)

Cons

• Bit smelly in the corridors, guess because some people are smoking?
• Very simple design
• I wasn't impressed by the bathroom (my friend says the explanation of not having a bath tub is because there's a lot to see rather than encourage people to stay in the room.. uhh.. I don't quite agree)

For over $400 per night.. hmm.. I'd skip it and try some other hotel. But then again, if it's free.. it's a different story. :)
