Iskrambol

It was a welcome delight to see a common street food being sold nicely and cleanly on the malls. I couldn't resist it and wasn't disappointed. It was such a nostalgic feeling. :)

Iskrambol is made of shaved ice, mixed with pink coloring, sugar and flavoring. Topped with powdered milk and strawberry flavoring.





I found this stall at the Gaisano Mall in Legazpi City. Yum yum yum!
