We arrived at the hotel at about noon time and had no trouble checking in even if check-in is only supposed to be about 3pm. So it's a big plus point.
The nearest MRT station is Mongkok East, but we usually take Mongkok station then take the foot bridge to the hotel. It's about 10-15 minutes walk.
At first, they assigned us to the 10th floor but with 2 single beds. So we had to call the reception and wait about 10 minutes till they assigned us a new room.
Big bed, softer than that in Macau. Nice channels but most have to pay. Weird that they have adult channels with previews... so if you have kids with you hide that remote!
There's free mineral water daily. But don't dare drink their softdrinks very expensive!
Daily refill of toilet supplies. There was 1 day though that there was a problem with the water. It just turned brown.
Overall a nice hotel. It's just beside a mall so it's quite good since the mall have couple of food shops. But... my next stay in HK will probably not be in this hotel.
