What's up netizens?

sometimes I don't get the netizens. The net is a buzz with this 'handsome' felon. so i googled him. 

#1 he's a criminal

#2 he looked scary

#3 he looked dirty

#4 he's nowhere near handsome.. esp after finding the pix above
