Brazo de Mercedes Cupcake
I was inspired with a Pinterest post from Bakehappy.net (my new FAVORITE website!)
I was very happy with the result even though bumagsak sya after cooling. Tasted fab!!! A friend said I should slowly let the cake adjust to the room temperature to prevent it from shrinking. I'll try it again next time! :)

Ingredients
Filling:
8 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cornstarch
300 ml condensed milk
300 ml water
Meringue:
8 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
