Din Tai Fung is known for good food and professional service. Too professional that they don't have any personal interaction with the clients. They know you can't speak Chinese still they speak to you in Chinese. But. I gave them 4 in service. Because they gave us kids utensils without asking. They offered the baby seat before we even requested. When my boy played with the chopsticks one waitress immediately came to give us a new one.
All time favorite pork chop!
Paopao wasn't impressed with the mushroom noddles.
