Going Gluten Free : Day 2 : Spaghetti with Minced Beef

Apple and Cinnamon Pancake


  • Separate egg white from egg yolk
  • Beat egg white
  • Fold egg yolk with egg white
  • Prepare half cup of pancake mixture
  • Fold half of the egg mixture with the pancake mix
  • Cook per normal (pancake fry) with small amount of butter
Morning Snacks
Gluten Free Crisp Biscuit 


  • Cook gluten free spaghetti per normal. Drain and Set aside.
  • Saute minced beef in onion and garlic
  • Add pure tomato sauce
  • Add a little sugar and pepper
  • Mix with the spaghetti
Afternoon Snacks
Cheerios with Dried 
Minced beef in tomato sauce

Night Snacks
Half Pear

Like yesterday, he seemed very tired and was asleep in less than 5 minutes after drinking milk.

If they can't learn the way we teach, we teach the way they learn.
