Going Gluten Free : Day 6: Igado

[Gluten Free Day 6: Saturday]

2 slices of Gluten Free Spicy Fruit Loaf
Morning Snacks

  • Saute garlic and onion
  • Add tenderloin pork cut into strips
  • Cook till pork is light brown
  • Add Gluten Free Soy Sauce and water
  • Simmer till pork is tender
  • Add vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes
  • Add carrots and potato (cut into strips)
  • Simmer till vegetables are fully cooked
  • Keep under low heat for another 10 minutes to thicken the sauce
Afternoon Snacks
Strawberry Cheerios, Peanut Butter Puffs
Same as lunch
Night Snacks

His focus has really improved a lot! Well I'm not saying there's a miracle and that he's cured but we are definitely right on track! Now that we see that the diet is working, we are now working on teaching him. We talk and sing a lot to him. We all pitch in!

A small detour doesn't mean you have to stop. It means it will take you a little longer to get there.
