Going Gluten Free: Day 9: Sauted Chayote with minced pork

Breakfast
Spicy Fruit Bread with Scrambled Egg
Morning Snacks
Strawberry Cheerios with Dried Cranberries, Crispy Flakes
Lunch
Sauted Chayote with minced pork

  • Cut the chayote into thin slices
  • Saute garlic and onion
  • Add sliced tomato
  • Add minced pork
  • Cook till pork is light brown
  • Add a little Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • Add 1 Kallo Stock cube
  • Add chayote
  • Add a cup of water
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • Simmer until Chayote is fully cooked
Afternoon Snacks
Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dinner
Same as lunch
Night Snacks
One Apple, One Apple sauce, Edamame 
Observations

Mamon is very cheerful these days. Even his teachers attested that he haven't had any melt down since being on GF Diet.

The stripes maybe different, but the heart beats the same.
