Illusive Search for Methyl B-12

Found this at Nature Farm in NEX. But I was afraid of the dosage. The lady was not sure if children can take this.

I didn't know Methyl-B12 and B12 are not exactly the same. So as I was searching earlier, I even considered this at Watsons. But it was also unclear whether its ok for kids.

I was advised to look at the kids multivitats instead.

Health is not valued until sickness comes.
