Methyl-B12

The search for Methyl-B12 ended with this spray which I ordered through iHerb. It was just the right dosage and it's spray so absorption is better. 

I have clarified this with several pedia in the Philippines. Hoping for best results.

I'm excited to try it to Mamon.
