1. 2 months below the expiration, you will receive an email from MOM PWD 

2. Get insurance, personally I take from NTUC Income

• Choose the Plan
• For Filipino you need additional Performance Bond of $7,000 
• Proceed
• They are now offering to renew the FDW and deliver it for additional cost which I availed for convenience.
• I paid around $375 for Plan B without the Performance Bond (Because ours is expiring Feb 2021).

3. You will receive a call from NTUC Income to confirm the details and another email sending the soft copy of the insurance details.

4. In the same call, they will confirm the date of the pickup of the existing pass (7 days from application) of the FDW and they will email you 2 forms to fill up to be provided upon pickup. Photocopy of passport and WP pass is also required.
