Silken Tofu with Sambal Minced Pork



I got this recipe from my mom (which she got after eating at one of the food courts here in Singapore).

Very easy to cook. Took me less than 15 minutes.

#1 Steam the silken tofu.
#2 Saute garlic and onion
#3 Add minced pork, cook till brown.
#4 Add a little soy sauce (my mom likes to add oyster sauce), then a little sugar.
#5 Add ginisa mix (optional)
#6 Then add 1 Tbsp Sambal Chili

That's it! :D
