Pinoy Shawarma - Singapore Version


For New Year's Eve, our best meal for the night was the Pinoy Shawarma Singapore version.

Since, we don't have the beef tower, we bought this roast beef from Carre Four. It has this note: Heat before eating. So we just threw it to the oven for an hour or so and it turned out GOOD.



Chopped onion, lettuce and tomatoes. Grated cheese (adds that additional Ooohhh factor).

Cooking Mama's pinoy style shawarma sauce was a HUGE success. Will post her recipe here once she makes it available on her site. :)
