Caramel Bar - Take 2

They say never say die. So I tried the Caramel Bar again. This time half the ingredients.

My pan wasn't as full as the last round:

Unfortunately, 35 minutes was too much that I had a burnt caramel bar. :(

The mid part looked moist enough:

The bottom was a bit burnt too.

I dunnot why the cashews became soggy

I wrapped it for better presentation (ie hide the burnt bottom)

This is definitely better than the last time (which was not edible). But I need to practice a bit more.
